The European Pizza & Pasta Show 2018, opening the 13th-15th November 2018 at Olympia National Hall, London.


Organised in association with PAPA (The Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association), the Caffé Society, the British Sandwich Association and with over 150 exhibiting participants, our attendees come to EPPS to connect, network and build long lasting relationships within the Pizza & Pasta industries. The European Pizza and Pasta Show is the largest specialised event for the pizza industry in Europe and successfully runs The European Pizza Championship. In 2018  the show is also launching as part of the EPC – The European Pizza Acrobatics Championship.





The World Pizza Championship is an event held annually to determine the world's best pizza makers.

world wide countries competed Pizzas are judged by preparation, taste, bake and presentation. Pizza competitions include those for fastest pizza maker, freestyle acrobatics and the largest dough stretch.

It is the worlds largest pizza show in the world with over 6,500 independent chain and franchise owners from all around the world attending. The winners are inducted into the Pizza Hall of Fame and are sometimes invited back to judge the next World Pizza Championship. They also win a cash prize totaling to no more than about $10,000.

Chinese Pizza Championship is held at FHC show which is the biggest imported food show in China. This event successfully attracts the visitors from nationwide.

Bring your pizza to the Canadian Pizza Show and they will feature it in  half-time show between the Traditional and Open competitions. As you assemble your pizza, and tell us a bit about what goes into it – the inspiration, the ingredients, the marketing of it – Canadian Pizza will lead a fun brainstorming session of how to reel in customers with a creative, irresistible themed pizza. For a fun twist – your peers will help judge by secret ballot!

The events of the France Pizza Tour are qualifiers for the French Championship of the Pizza which will take place the next Parizza in Paris, Porte de Versailles.

To qualify, only one imperative: finish in the first of one of the stages. If you fail, you can try your luck on a later step.

Pizza championship created by pizza chefs for Professional Pizza Chef to compete in Sweden.

Pizza Champion Cup is officially supported  by the world pizza championships as a Swedish part pizza competitions .

The Malta Pizza Challenge is the first of its kind in Malta, now preparing for its 4th edition in April 2018. It seeks to award the top pizzaioli on the Maltese Islands by bringing together chefs from all over the world to compete in a culinary showdown of technique, skill, style and creativity.

 

The Malta Pizza Challenge 2018 is encouraging international participation even more than before through collaboration with the Malta Tourism Authority.

International Pizza Championship

The Largest U.S. Pizza-Making Competition

Pizza Makers Vie for Prizes in Five Divisions


Since its inception in 2007, the International Pizza Challenge™ has evolved and grown in stature and prize money to become the best pizza-making competition in North America. There are now five divisions in the pizza bake-off attracting approximately 200 pizzaioli. They bake a pie from their pizza menu on the spot at Pizza Expo and present it to a panel of judges, with cash prizes and plaques going to the winners. The five divisions include Traditional, Non-Traditional, Pan, Pizza Napoletana and Gluten-Free.

APPYCE Association

APPYCE is an ideal civil society which has legal status granted by Decree No. 125091 dated 18th July 1942. Its members own pizza, pizza grill, pastries, pies houses, factories and tapas slices for empanadas, pre-pizza factories, churro factories and related companies.


First Board: The Board was formed in June 1939 during a meeting in Callao 83, Buenos Aires. There was chosen a group of men responsible for preparing the first composition of the pizzerias, which took place on 7 July 1939 in the Teatro Mayo, which gave rise to our association.

The Association also has a yearly pizza championship and a pizza school.

The U.S. Pizza Museum’s mission is to inspire curiosity and new ways of thinking about the rich history and recent developments in the world of pizza by collecting, preserving, interpreting, and exhibiting pizza-related items.


The U.S. Pizza Museum was founded in Chicago by Kendall Bruns in 2015.  Since the the U.S. Pizza Museum does not currently have a permanent physical home, it showcases select items from its collection online and in pop-up exhibitions.

The World’s Largest Pizza Industry Show.Attendees include pizzeria or pizza-concept restaurant owners, operators and managers, as well as distributors and food brokers.


Exhibitors include suppliers of pizza ingredients and pizza flour, point-of-sales systems, ovens, kitchen equipment, marketing and promotional materials and many other companies providing goods and services to the pizza restaurant industry.
